SM312DQDP Description
Banner Engineering SM312DQDP is a photo-electric sensor from the SM312 series, designed with a diffuse mode potentiometer adjustment. It features a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens and is pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm pigtail terminated with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector. This sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.) and can be mounted using an M18 threaded mount. It is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, NEMA 1, NEMA 2, NEMA 3, NEMA 3S, NEMA 4, NEMA 4X, NEMA 6, NEMA 12. The rectangular-shaped sensor provides 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), has a sensing distance of 380mm, utilizes infrared (IR) light, and boasts a response time of 1ms / 0.001 s.
