QS3.241

PULS QS3.241 is a power supply unit designed for DIN rail mounting, featuring AC/DC conversion with a 50% power reserve. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and offers a design that includes a DC-OK relay contact output. The unit provides a rated current of 3.4A at 24Vdc and 3A at 28Vdc, with spring-clamp connections for ease of installation. It supports a supply voltage range of 85Vac-264Vac for AC and 88Vdc-375Vdc for DC, accommodating various network configurations including single-phase (1AC) or DC. The QS3.241, part of the Q-series, measures 32mm in width, 124mm in height, and 102mm in depth, housed in an aluminium casing. It delivers a rated power of 80W at 24V, 84W at 28V, and can handle up to 120W short-term for 4 seconds. The output voltage is adjustable between 24Vdc and 28Vdc, with comprehensive protection functions against overvoltage, overload, and short-circuit conditions. Efficiency rates vary by input voltage, achieving up to 0.9 at 230Vac. The unit exhibits a start-up delay of 330-360ms, with a hold time of 174ms at 230Vac input. Power dissipation is noted at 9.1W for 230Vac input under full load. Electrical durability spans up to 224000 hours, depending on conditions, and the output stage capacitance is 1500µF, with a ripple of 50mVpp across a 20Hz to 20MHz range.
