Banner Engineering SLSE30-150AP8B is a safety light curtain designed for hand detection with a protective height of 150mm and features a clear brushed Aluminium housing with an Acrylic lens and Die-cast Zinc end caps. It is pre-wired with a 300mm pigtail that terminates with an 8-pin Euro-style M12 connector. This part operates on a 24Vdc supply voltage and can function within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP65 and has dimensions of 36mm in width, 262mm in height, and 46mm in depth. The SLSE30-150AP8B has a 30mm beam spacing/pitch, two digital outputs (24Vdc; 500mA; sourcing; redundant OSSD solid-state outputs), and a sensing distance ranging from 10cm to 18m. It emits infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 850 nm and has a response time of 9ms / 0.009 s. The resolution of this safety light curtain is set for 30mm, suitable for hand detection.
